Wines from different regions of the world, which go well with steaks and other dishes of the restaurant, are collected in one separate menu.
The restaurant is staffed by sommelier Max Wojciechowski, who is well versed in the culture of eating the right meat with good wines.
A serious collection of Malbecs from Argentina and Shirazes from Australia, selected wines from well-known US producers, "steak" Italian Barolo, Primitivo and Chianti and respectable French wines – this is not the whole list.
Currently, the Sam's wine list has more than 100 names and a large collection on tap of 30 types. Because here we understand that for each new dish you can choose a new wine that will emphasize it.
