On December 15, we invite you to the Whisky Evening with Ivan Bachurin. This is an interesting evening where our guests have the opportunity to learn all the peculiarities of tasting and interesting facts about single malt whisky. We invite you to join the theory of whisky and taste it under the supervision of experts.
The speaker of the dinner, Ivan Bachurin, is the brand ambassador of the Moët Hennessy company and the president of the Association of Sommeliers of Ukraine. Ivan is a professional with 23 years of experience, in 2009 he won the title of the best sommelier of Ukraine, and recently he became the owner of a vineyard and makes his own wines according to classical technology since 2014.
You will taste whisky from the famous Scottish distillery Glenmorangie. A unique feature of this whisky distillery is the highest distillation cubes in Scotland: there are 14 copper machines, which are exact copies of the first distilling cubes. The height of the swan neck of each of them is 5.14 meters (approximate height of an adult giraffe).

- Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 Y.O.;
- Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 Y.O.;
- Glenmorangie 18 Y.O.
For each release, chef Serhiy Dziubenko will cook special "winter" snacks: beef tartar and puff pastry pillows, fried in beef fat; profiteroles with turkey liver mousse with caramelized pear; truffle panna cotta, as well as signature NWA New York and Rib-Eye steaks.
The dinner will be accompanied by exquisite waters from Italy – Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino, which are partners of the Single Malt season. Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino – inspire people to enjoy life, emphasizing the taste of every moment.
