All of them are made of dough obtained from Semolla Molino di Pordenone – durum flour milled twice for refinement and ideal for pastas. And with the juice of a freshly squeezed beet, carrot, and spinach mixed into the dough, it’s hard to tempt yourself away from our homemade, colored pasta, both yummy and healthy.

So how about a brightly colored pasta salad with goat cheese, or a pasta colored with cuttlefish ink, topped with shrimps and scallops?
