We invite you to Tasting Dinner at Sam’s Steak House on October 21. This is a series of dinners where our guests have the opportunity to try the legendary sorts of single malt whisky and learn about them from professional speakers.
This time you will try whisky from the famous Scottish distillery Glenmorangie. A unique feature of this whisky distillery is the highest distillation cubes in Scotland: there are 12 copper machines, which are exact copies of the first distilling cubes. The height of the swan neck of each of them is 5.14 meters (approximate height of an adult giraffe).
The speaker of the dinner is Ivan Bachurin, brand-ambassador of Moët Hennessy in the CIS countries and chairman of the Sommelier Association of Ukraine. Ivan is a professional with 20 years of experience, in 2009 he won the title of the best sommelier in Ukraine, and recently became the owner of a vineyard and makes his own wines using classic technology.
The culmination of the evening will be a tasting of the outstanding release of Glenmorangie "Allta" — a special single malt whisky released for the tenth anniversary of the series "Private Edition". This is the first Glenmorangie whisky, which was created using wild yeast cultures, which are rich in local barley, as the name of the drink says: "Allta" translated from Gaelic means "wild". We are proud to be able to treat our guests to this precious drink.

The tasting will also include a set of special snacks for whisky: apple and gorgonzola, roast beef with vegetable cream made of celery and tender turkey pate.
The dinner will be accompanied by exquisite waters from Italy - Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino, which are partners of the Single Malt season. Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino - inspire people to enjoy life, emphasizing the taste of every moment.
