Porcini mushrooms, boletus and leccinellum – everything that this October is rich in, the Chef of the restaurant prepares in the seasonal menu. Here are both modern flavors and those that many of us have loved since childhood.
An autumn classic is zhurek soup with forest mushrooms, hunting sausages and bacon. This soup smells like autumn and real hunting.
Classics from childhood are Potato pancakes with porcini mushrooms and sour cream, fried mushrooms with onions, and home-made potatoes with mushrooms.
Sam's Neoclassic is a classic burger, but with porcini mushrooms and parmesan.
A traditional Italian dish is pasta with porcini mushrooms.
And finally, the original dish – green salad with turkey and porcini mushrooms.
