On International Children's Day, the Sam's team together with the Voluntary House Charity Fund gave IDP children a little happiness.
These are children from the south and east of Ukraine, who were forced to leave their homes, friends, classmates, and familiar environment.
They dream of returning home, to their grandparents, to their friends, some dream of hugging their brothers and sisters as soon as possible, some of the cat Murchik and the hamster, and some of them dream of building a car or a tank for the Armed Forces of Ukraine with their own hands. All of them have been living in Kyiv for more than a year and every day hope that this is temporary and dream of returning to their native homes.
Our Chef Serhiy Dzyubenko held a master class on making burgers, where every child felt like a real chef: they prepared patties with their own hands, assembled burgers, and then tasted them and laughed a lot.
At the end, each little chef received a Burger Master certificate and delicious gifts.
We are not magicians, but each of us can give children a happy childhood.
