Ukrainian watermelons and melons at Sam's Steak House

Only three seasonal dishes, that's why they are so interesting! Our Chef never ceases to care about new combinations so that it is very tasty.

 

He combined pieces of ripe watermelon with feta, mint and topped it off with maple syrup. He added passion fruit to the classic combination of melon and Parma and the dish sounded in a new way. And here is the dessert of grilled melon, vanilla ice cream, sponge cake, pistachios and salted caramel – author's. We recommend combining it with a glass of rosé wine.
